Q: Can I place a custom order?
A: If you have an existing logo or design that you'd like printed, I am happy to do that - just message me to get started! I am currently accepting from-scratch customs on a case-by-case basis.
Q: How are stickers packaged?
A: Stickers are always packaged in cellophane, and we are happy to write a custom note from you to the person you are ordering for on the back of the thank-you card included with each order. During the holiday season, you can add holiday packaging to your order for $1.00.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
A: If you are interested in purchasing 10 or more items, contact me for pricing.

Q: How do I apply my sticker?
A: Before affixing your sticker, make sure the surface is clean and dry. Then, peel off the paper backing, and apply. Use a credit card or other hard plastic to smooth it into place. Once affixed, stickers are dishwasher safe and scratch resistant. To remove them, peel them up all around the sides, then it should peel off cleanly. Remove any residue with Dawn soap. While this has never been an issue that customers have brought to our attention, we are not responsible to any damage to your items caused by the sticker, or any damage to the sticker during application. We provide no warranties or guaranties as to the life of the stickers, but they are the most durable stickers on the market.
